It was SO GOOD to see a Black Canary live action BE RESPECTED AND SHE'S A BLACK WOMAN. I'm obsessed. I will admit I watched her Canary Cry over and over and OVER again.

Thank you! Honestly, every time I rewatch that scene I get emotional. IT'S SO GOOD. Seeing a powerful Black woman use her power and ACTUALLY SEE A GODDAMN CANARY CRY is soooo good. IT IS WHAT WE DESERVE.
